The reliability of our lease-rental trailers is very important to us. Without having your own service shop full of experienced Service Technicians, it can be difficult to keep up with the preventive maintenance required to keep your trailer running at maximum reliability. If this sounds like you, then paying a per mile charge and letting us handle the maintenance may be the best maintenance option for you.
With our Full Maintenance program, you don’t have to worry about completing the required maintenance or even keep track of when equipment is due for maintenance. For a per mile charge, we take care of everything. Our Service Division will let you know when preventive maintenance is due on your equipment and schedule a convenient time to get your equipment into the closest service shop. There will be no additional charge for maintenance services and/or parts required because of normal wear.
If you would rather have a Service Technician complete the preventive maintenance at your location, that can be arranged by simply contacting our Mobile Service Division. Read more about our Fleet Maintenance program.
If your company has a service shop or you are not located near one of our service locations, doing your own maintenance may be the best and most cost-effective solution for you. You simply return the trailer with the same amount of tread and brake wear, and in the same condition as it was rented and there will be no additional charges.
With our Net Maintenance program, the customer is responsible for all trailer repairs and maintenance required, including the replacement of any parts, accessories and brakes/tires. Any replacement parts, accessories or tires must be comparable in quality to the item(s)being replaced.
Replacement parts, accessories or tires can be ordered from any reputable parts vendor, or by simply contacting the Transport Services Parts Division and providing the trailer unit number. Most parts are available the next day and can be delivered for free.
If for some reason you are unable to repair the trailer to the outbound standards, we will repair the trailer and charge you per the rental agreement. View our full Terms & Conditions.
